This part of the Directory provides a list of pharmacies in L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan network. These network pharmacies are pharmacies that have agreed to provide prescription drugs to you as a member of the plan.
- L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan members must use network pharmacies to get prescription drugs.
- You must use network pharmacies except in emergency or urgent care situations. If you go to an out-of-network pharmacy for prescriptions when it is not an emergency, you will have to pay out of pocket for the service. Read the L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan Member Handbook for more information.
- Some network pharmacies may not be listed in this Directory.
- Some network pharmacies may have been added or removed from our plan after this Directory was published.

Long-term supplies of prescriptions
Mail-Order Programs. We offer a mail-order program that allows you to get up to a 100-day supply of your prescription drugs sent directly to your home. A 100-day supply has the same copay as a one-month supply.
100-Day Retail Pharmacy Programs. Some retail pharmacies may also offer up to a 100-day supply of covered prescription drugs. A 100-day supply has the same copay as a one-month supply.
L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan Network Pharmacies
L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan members can use any network pharmacy to get prescription drugs. This directory gives you a list of network retail pharmacies (including chain pharmacies), mail-order, home infusion, and long-term care pharmacies contracted with L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan. The pharmacies in this directory are listed by type (retail, mail-order, home infusion, long-term care), then alphabetically by city, then by pharmacy name.
Identifying pharmacies in our network
Along with retail pharmacies, your plan’s network of pharmacies includes:
- Mail-Order Pharmacies
- Home infusion pharmacies
- Long-term care (LTC) pharmacies
- You are not required to continue going to the same pharmacy to fill your prescriptions.
Retail Pharmacies, Including Chain Pharmacies
We have network retail pharmacies where you can get an extended supply of your prescription drug (100 days). For additional information on getting an extended supply of your prescription drug, you may call L.A. You can go to any of the pharmacies in our network, as they provide services to your plan’s service area, Los Angeles County.
Mail Order Pharmacy
You can get prescription drugs shipped to your home through our network mail order delivery service, Quality Drug Clinical Care (Quality Drug). Quality Drug will contact you before shipping or delivering any prescription drugs that you did not request yourself.
Typically, you should expect to get your prescription drugs within 1 to 3 days from the time that the mail order pharmacy gets the order. If you do not get your prescription drug(s) within this time or if you need to ask for a refund for prescriptions you got that you did not want or need, please contact us at 1-833-LAC.DSNP (1-833-522-3767) (TTY:771), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Home Infusion Pharmacies
L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan will cover home infusion therapy if:
- Your prescription drug is on the L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan List of Covered Drugs;
- L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan has approved your prescription drug for home infusion therapy;
- Your prescription is written by a doctor; and
- You get your home infusion services from an L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan network pharmacy.

Long-Term Care Pharmacies
Residents of a long-term care facility, such as a nursing home, may access their prescription drugs covered under L.A. Care Medicare Plus Plan through the facility’s pharmacy or another network pharmacy. To learn more about drug coverage in special cases, see Chapter 5 of the Member Handbook.
