L.A. Care Medicare Plus combines your Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits into a single health plan, replacing all other health care coverage while giving you access to MORE benefits and a dedicated care team.
L.A. Care will help you coordinate both your Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits, with access to resources like housing and food, and offers benefits and services like care managers and 24/7 customer service at no cost.
